Dedicated to showcasing the rich tapestry of Canadian cinema and theatrical culture since our founding in 2018.
To serve as the premier digital platform showcasing Canadian cinema and theatrical culture, connecting artists with global audiences and celebrating the creative voices that define Canada's cultural identity.
To be the global authority on Canadian entertainment culture, fostering international recognition for Canadian talent while preserving and promoting our unique cultural heritage.
Founded in 2018 in Toronto, CineNorth Canada emerged from a passion for Canadian storytelling and a vision to create a dedicated platform celebrating our nation's rich cultural contributions to cinema and theater.
What started as a small blog covering local Toronto film festivals has grown into Canada's most comprehensive digital platform for cinema and theatrical culture, reaching audiences across North America and internationally.
Today, we partner with major festivals like TIFF and Hot Docs, collaborate with theater companies across the country, and maintain relationships with industry professionals from coast to coast.
